Hi, I'm Natalie Mayer Litt!

I’m a Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher, an Early Childhood Educator, a Mom, and a movement and breathwork enthusiast. Kids and teens are facing so many challenges today, and as a result they are flooded with feelings of fear, stress, nervousness, worry, loneliness, helplessness, and anger. I am confident that through yoga, I can gift kids and teens with the knowledge and skills needed to build their personal power so they can thrive in their environments.

I aspire to help parents:

  • Develop UNDERSTANDING of their internal world of emotions, thoughts, and body sensations.

  • Learn present moment techniques, like mindful breathing, mindful movement, and sensation awareness, so they can train their body and mind to MOVE INTO STILLNESS AND

  • Build PERSONAL POWER so they can become RESILIENT and THRIVE even when facing significant challenges.

My LOVE for yoga and the proactive use of movement and breathwork, leads me to help children ages 3 to 16 years, develop a toolbox full of strategies to manage the flood of emotions they face, so they can feel calm and confident.
